Meet Ethan

This is Ethan. He just turned one last week & he's into everything! He's a great walker & climber & loves playing outside.

We keep telling him that he's going to be a big brother in April, but I think he's in denial. On that note, I'm 18 weeks now and feeling pretty good. We don't know yet if it's a little boy or a little girl, but I'll certainly post that info within the next few weeks when we find out! For now, keep praying for the health of this new little one.

Creativity

I don't consider myself to be a creative person by nature. I've never scrapbooked, though my sister can turn any life event into an artistic scrapbook masterpiece. I took a quilting class once, but didn't quite finish the table runner we were supposed to make. I learned how to knit, but the only thing I can credit myself with knitting are simple dishcloths. All of that to say that I'm going to try my hand at blogging... if for no other reason than to compile my thoughts & ideas, to document the adventures and misadventures of motherhood, and to try my hand at being creative.



And maybe we'll be the only ones to view it, but we'll see where it takes us. Stay tuned ...
